A. INTRODUCTION
 

To ensure that the Kalamazoo Comprehensive Plan addressed all areas of concern, comments were obtained from a series of kickoff, neighborhood, and topical committee meetings. A toll-free phone number was also made available for residents to leave comments about the comprehensive plan. Comment sheets and telephone message comments are documented in Appendix A.
