In addition to the listings of issues from the kickoff, neighborhood, and topical meetings in Appendix B there is also a master listing of issues in Appendix C. The first part of Appendix C documents all comments from each of the neighborhood meetings. Each comment has been placed in one of the four categories (community form, livability, mobility and infrastructure, and marketplace) that were discussed. The second part of Appendix C lists issues by topic. The meeting where each issue was discussed is also listed in this part of the Appendix.
